JOSEPH CHINOMSO PHILIP known as JAYPHIL is a Nigerian based RAPPER, song writer and singer recently(2017) signed to "SKILLZ MUSIC EMPIRE"(sMe). He hails  from  Abia state , but  resides in kaduna state , born august  29th.
He started  his musical  career at a very tender age, primary four(4) precisely. He started as a drummer, to being a  keyboardist, and to a musical coordinator at his church. The young Act never recorded until 2014 when he made his first song ever  titled “PUNK ON YOUR HAIR” and another titled “MURDERER” which he was featured in  which gained massive air plays at his locale.

He derived his STAGE NAME from the abbreviation JOSEPH PHILIP “JAYPHIL” , and has worked with one of Nigeria's finest producer  “DJ COUBLON” which is yet to drop, and also award winning Ghanaian producer, songwriter and entertainer  “CHEZLAMILLZ", and  “GENTLE” the Nigeria's afro pop singer, coupled with core rappers such as the Recently signed 5Star act “XBUSTA, k9ICE, MORDAIZ, and  many more.

The young act is one  The world at large should  watch /look out for  based on his creativity , versatility , and  delivery.
